Tanica's goal was to use Australian native ingredients and make something more natural, delicious and drinkable. They also wanted something you could drink over long lunches, nights out, and weekday sundowners without the consequences of wrecking yourself the next day. They ended up with two hard-to-resist flavours to launch, but plan on introducing more flavours over time. No.1 is more gin-style that can be used as a spritz, and No.2 is margarita-inspired, two of their favourite drinks!
